Juno Pharmaceuticals completed the acquisition of Omega Laboratories.

Juno Pharmaceuticals, a biopharmaceutical company, completed the acquisition of Omega Laboratories, a domestic specialty injectable pharmaceutical manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are proud of this acquisition that solidifies Juno’s ability to improve drug supply with medications that are critically needed to support our healthcare system.
