Azelis to acquire Gillco Ingredients.

Azelis, a global innovation service provider in the specialty chemicals and food ingredients industry, agreed to acquire Gillco Ingredients, a specialty ingredient provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In line with our strategic vision to be the preeminent innovation service provider in all territories where we operate, we are happy to welcome Gillco to the Azelis family.
