FERRALUM to acquire BAGR Non-Ferrous from Metalcorp Group for €150m.

FERRALUM, a company having selected its investments in specialized, sustainable and profitable business sectors of the aluminum and ferrous metals industry, agreed to acquire BAGR Non-Ferrous, the parent company of the Aluminium and Bulk and Ferrous Sub-Group, from Metalcorp Group, an operating provider of procurement, logistics and trade services, for €150m ($163m).
