Webster Equity Partners-backed Redwood Family Care Network, a company that provides services in California, Nevada, and Washington for people with intellectual/developmental disability, completed the acquisition of Imagine Support Services, a company that helps people with disabilities live as independently and comfortably as possible. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Redwood Family Care Network’s presence into Arizona.
