Ambienta to acquire a majority stake in Spaggiari Group Parma.

Ambienta, a private equity fund, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Spaggiari Group Parma, a software developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Spaggiari is a unique platform in the education technology space in Italy.
