VertomCory to acquire Monson Agencies from Five V Capital.

VertomCory, a supplier of logistics, hub, liner, and shipping agency services, agreed to acquire Monson Agencies, a shipping agency that specializes in bulk commodities such as coal, iron ore, alumina, caustic soda, mineral sands and more, from Five V Capital.
