Crestview Partners-backed OneMagnify to acquire Splash Analytics.

Crestview Partners-backed OneMagnify, a business intelligence, analytics, and solutions company solving complex issues of businesses, completed the acquisition of Splash Analytics, an IT firm that specializes in predictive modeling machine learning, risk analytics and data visualization. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Merging Splash's team with OneMagnify's expands the combined offerings for current and future clients, with even more capabilities and expertise across more industries.
