Twenty First Capital to acquire a 29% stake in Banca Profilo from Arepo BP for €50.4m.

Twenty First Capital, an investment management company, agreed to acquire a 29% stake in Banca Profilo, an investment bank that provides financial services for institutional clients and private investors, from Arepo BP, a bank holding company, for €50.4m. The operation is therefore part of the long-term strategic investments of the Fonds Archimedes with the aim of guaranteeing the continuity of our business model and at the same time helping to develop and further expand the bank’s activities so as to continue our journey of excellence as an Italian and European financial boutique.
