ParkerGale Capital-backed Source Intelligence completed the acquisition of ChainPoint from Main Capital Partners.

ParkerGale Capital-backed Source Intelligence, a software provider of supply chain compliance and ESG management solutions, completed the acquisition of ChainPoint, a software platform for monitoring and securing supply chains, from from Main Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining forces with Source Intelligence will consolidate our position in international markets and further strengthen the innovation and quality of service our team brings to existing and new clients,” Johan Zandbergen, ChainPoint Founder and CEO.
