Amethis completed the investment in HB Aesthetics.

Amethis, an investment fund manager, completed the investment in HB Aesthetics, a high-end dermocosmetic products, with participation from Siparex, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “HBA is entering a new stage of its development with Amethis to become an international reference in dermocosmetics.
