Diamond Baseball, an organization that owns and operates select minor league clubs affiliated with Major League Baseball, completed the acquisition of Hickory Crawdads, a Minor League Baseball team, and Down East Wood Ducks, a Minor League Baseball team, from Texas Rangers, a Major League Baseball team.
