Diamond Baseball completed the acquisition of Hickory Crawdads and Down East Wood Ducks from Texas Rangers.

Diamond Baseball, an organization that owns and operates select minor league clubs affiliated with Major League Baseball, completed the acquisition of Hickory Crawdads, a Minor League Baseball team, and Down East Wood Ducks, a Minor League Baseball team, from Texas Rangers, a Major League Baseball team. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Texas Rangers are excited to enter into this agreement with Diamond Baseball Holdings.
