Insight Partners-backed LeaseAccelerator completed the acquisition of LeaseController from Deloitte.

Insight Partners-backed LeaseAccelerator, an information technology company that specializes in the fields of lease lifecycle management, lease administration, and free cash flow, completed the acquisition of LeaseController, Software-as-a-Service product, from Deloitte, a global provider of audit and assurance, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory, tax, and related services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “LeaseController is an excellent fit with LeaseAccelerator’s existing solution portfolio and with our business strategy.
