ADIA, a sovereign wealth fund owned by the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, completed the acquisition of a 45% stake in Manash Lifestyle, an online marketplace company engaged with engaged with operating personal care, from JSW Ventures, a venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
