EBRD, an international financial institution, agreed to invest €45m in Vodeno, an end-to-end BaaS provider, offering embedded banking solutions to its clients. The proceeds of the EBRD's investment will be used to support future growth of the Company's subsidiaries in EBRD countries of operation, including technology operations and lending activities.
