Lufthansa to acquire a 41% stake in ITA Airways for $348m.

Lufthansa, a German airline, agreed to acquire a 41% stake in ITA Airways, an airline company, for $348m. The closing of the transaction after the contractual finalization remains subject in particular to regulatory approvals, especially by the European competition authority.
