Constantia Flexibles, Premji Invest and Amit Banga to form a joint venture.

Constantia Flexibles, a manufacturer of flexible packaging, Premji Invest, a multi-family office specializing in private equity and venture capital investments, and Amit Banga, Managing Director of SB Packagings, agreed to form a joint venture.
