Regnology, a software provider with a focus on regulatory reporting solutions, agreed to acquire Invoke, a provider of financial, regulatory, and tax reporting solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The round of recent deals we have undertaken, culminating with today’s announcement, sets Regnology on an accelerated path for growth internationally.
