InfraCorp-backed Grupo Romero, a Peruvian business conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Samay I, a thermoelectric plant, from I Squared Capital-backed Inkia Energy, a power generation company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We look forward to working closely with the Samay team and the local community to ensure a smooth transition and explore opportunities for further expansion and development in the sector," Louis-Jean Chartier, InfraCorp CEO.
