Transports Groussard, a trucking company, completed the acquisition of Transports Guérin, a trucking company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Guérin transport consolidates our position and organization in the Nantes region and the Lyon region. We were already present in these two areas. This allows us to densify there and integrate this Lyon-Nantes line that we only used relatively little. We are always on the lookout for opportunities for better coverage of the territory allowing us to offer a quality service in the shortest possible timeframes," Declares Laurent Guédon, Transports Groussard President.
