LDC-backed Evolution Funding completed the acquisition of Motion Finance.

LDC-backed Evolution Funding, a provider of motor finance and technology solution for dealers to generate leads, improve compliance, and sell more vehicles, completed the acquisition of Motion Finance, a provider of financial services including hire and lease purchases, personal loans, PCP, and rate for risks.
