Novvia Group completed the acquisition of Northern Container.

Novvia Group, a provider of packaging solutions and customized services, with domestic and international customers, completed the acquisition of Northern Container, a rigid packaging product distributor that serves a variety of end markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are looking forward to the continued success and expansion of our Midwest footprint and are excited to welcome Northern to the Novvia family.
