Accelleron to acquire Officine Meccaniche Torino.

Accelleron, a turbocharging technologies and optimization solutions company, agreed to acquire Officine Meccaniche Torino, a machinery industry company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Decarbonization is the key market driver of our industry.
