Cooper Electric, a full-service electrical distributor and subsidiary of Sonepar, agreed to acquire Billows Electric Supply, a supplier of electrical products and services to electrical contractors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Billows Electric Supply is a fantastic addition to the Sonepar family.
