Sciuker Frames completed the acquisition of D&V Serramenti for €19m.

Sciuker Frames, a manufacturer and designer of windows, completed the acquisition of D&V Serramenti, a supplier of windows, for €19m. "With the birth of deWol Industries, a new phase of expansion opens which strongly accelerates the path of exponential growth already achieved in recent years. We have created what has been baptized as a federation of brands and entrepreneurs who, in addition to being the undisputed leader at the Italian level, are forcefully looking towards foreign markets, already positioning themselves among the top 20 European industrial groups in the windows and solar shading sector," Marco Cipriano, Sciuker Frames CEO.
