Mphasis to acquire eBECS from DXC Technology.

Mphasis, an IT services company that offers blockchain, cyber security, and enterprise automation services, agreed to acquire eBECS, a provider of Microsoft business solutions that focus on ERP, CRM, data analytics, and business intelligence from DXC Technology, a provider of information technology services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition enhances our ability to address client needs and add significant value to our UK business by bringing in marquee client relationships and innovative service delivery and customer engagement models through Microsoft’s Business Applications.
