Readypower Group completed the acquisition of Force One.

Readypower Group, a rail and infrastructure services provider, completed the acquisition of Force One, a construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In line with the company’s clear objective of acquiring high-quality asset-led infrastructure services businesses, I am delighted to announce the acquisition of Force One.
