Manchester Airports Group-backed CAVU, an airport products and services provider, completed the acqusition of ParkVia, a real time tool for parking lots’ availability, from Mercia Asset Management. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an exciting opportunity for both ParkVia and CAVU. Our organisations have shared ambitions, culture and values.
