Reducate to acquire a 60% stake in THAR.

Reducate, a European EdTech platform for online continuing professional education companies, agreed to acquire a 60% stake in THAR, a provider of learning solutions for practical employees. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Now that THAR is joining Reducate, we are expanding our focus to more practical professions.
