BlackRock and GTCR-backed Transaction Data Systems completed the merger with Outcomes business of Cardinal Health.

BlackRock and GTCR-backed Transaction Data Systems, an independent pharmacy software solutions provider, completed the merger with Outcomes business of Cardinal Health, an American multinational health care services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “TDS and Outcomes have been dedicated to improving the health of communities through pharmacy excellence for over a combined 45 year.
