Peckham Industries completed the acquisition of E. Tetz & Sons and Tetz Asphalt.

Peckham Industries, a Brewster-based construction and materials provider, completed the acquisition of E. Tetz & Sons and Tetz Asphalt, a ready-mix concrete and hot-mix asphalt provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition allows us to further integrate and grow our presence in the lower Hudson Valley region of New York, one of the most rapidly growing parts of the state,” Damian Murphy, Peckham Industries President.
