UKG completed the acquisition of Immedis from CluneTech for $620m.

UKG, a workforce management and human resource management services, completed the acquisition of Immedis, a payroll software developer, from CluneTech, a software technology company, for $620m. “The acquisition of Immedis and the introduction of UKG One View is transformative for the HCM industry, delivering unprecedented levels of visibility, flexibility, and accuracy to the multi-country payroll process.
