BIOSYNEX, a biotechnology research company, completed the acquisition of eye care and ophthalmic business from Innoxa Laboratoires, a company specializing in the research, development and marketing of eye products. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through this acquisition, BIOSYNEX enters the eye comfort care market, the development of which is accelerating with the aging of the population (increased fragility of the eyes and ocular dryness), the growing exposure of the population to screens (computers and mobile phones).
