Imaging Business Machines completed the acquisition of the IntelliScan smart scanning solutions of Exela Technologies.

Imaging Business Machines, a digitization and intelligent document processing solutions provider, completed the acquisition of the IntelliScan smart scanning solutions of Exela Technologies, a business process automation company.
