Redwood Trust and Oaktree Capital Management to form a joint venture.

Redwood Trust, a specialty finance company focused on making credit-sensitive investments in residential mortgages and related assets, and Oaktree Capital Management, an asset management company, agreed to form a joint venture to invest in business purpose bridge loans.
