Kingspan Group completed the acquisition of La Maison de l'Étancheur.

Kingspan Group, an insulation and innovative building solutions provider, completed the acquisition of La Maison de l'Étancheur, a waterproofing distribution specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. ‘’At LRM, we want to take the best care possible of our customer.
