Zensho to acquire The Snowfox Group from Mayfair Equity Partners for $621m.

Zensho, the premier food service company in Japan, agreed to acquire The Snowfox Group, a multi-channel and international Japanese food business, from Mayfair Equity Partners, a private equity firm, for $621m. "This is an exciting moment for the Snowfox Group, and, having had seven successful years owned by Mayfair Equity Partners, this proposed transaction represents the next natural step for us as a business," Richard Hodgson, Snowfox CEO.
