Thales to acquire Tesserent.

Thales, a company that designs, develops and manufactures electrical systems, agreed to acquire Tesserent, a cybersecurity company. Financial terms were not idsclosed. “I am thrilled that, through the proposed transaction, Tesserent teams would be joining Thales, a global leader in cybersecurity.
