OMNIA Partners to acquire the GPO Operations of Premier for $800m.

OMNIA Partners, a non-healthcare group purchasing organization, agreed to acquire the GPO Operations of Premier, a healthcare services provider, for $800m. “This transaction unlocks substantial value for Premier’s stockholders and is an important step in our ongoing review of strategic alternatives.
