Grupo Alfar to acquire C&A Mexico from COFRA Holding.

Grupo Alfar, a clothing manufacturer, agreed to acquire C&A Mexico, a retail clothing stores chain, from COFRA Holding, a retail company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “C&A Mexico is excited to be joining Grupo Alfar, which is well known in Mexico through popular retail brands including Cuidado con el Perro, Optima and Garcia.
