ilionx completed the acquisition of Inergy from Main Capital Partners.

ilionx, an IT services firm, completed the acquisition of Inergy, a provider of governmental software and complex data & analytics platforms, from Main Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The broader portfolio of the combination enables us to serve our clients and prospects even better.
