Leonard Green & Partners, an American private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of JRD Unico, an owner of wholesale grocery and restaurant supply stores operating under the Jetro Cash & Carry and Restaurant Depot banners, and Warehouse Realty, a real estate holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
