White Oak, a global financial products and services company providing credit facilities to middle-market businesses and corporations, led a $287.5m funding round in Majestic Steel USA, a Cleveland-based steel service center in the prime, flat-rolled steel sector, with participation from Eclipse Business Capital and Stonebriar Commercial Finance.
