Cosmo First, a global conglomerate headquartered in India, completed the acquisition of the online sales business of Petsy Stores, a digital-first pet care retailer in India. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition provided access to Petsy’s specialized e-commerce infrastructure and its curated catalog of over 10k products, which were immediately integrated into Zigly’s digital interface.
