Spectris to acquire MicroStrain Sensing Systems for $37.6m.

Spectris, a manufacturer of precision measurement, agreed to acquire MicroStrain, a developer of inertial and wireless sensing systems, serving the industrial and aerospace sensing systems market, for $37.6m.
