Unigestion, an investment management company, completed the acquisition of Springer Fachmedien München, a publishing company, from Springer Nature, a German-British academic publishing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We were attracted by the company’s leading position as well as its differentiated business model, which fits our investment strategy very well.
