Arbor to acquire Golden Malted and Heartland Waffles from Roch Capital.

Arbor, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Golden Malted and Heartland Waffles, from Roch Capital, a combined entity supplier of waffle irons and waffle mix to the hospitality and foodservice industry.
