Oldcastle, a vertically integrated manufacturer, fabricator and distributor of architectural hardware, glass and glazing systems, completed the acquisition of Syracuse Glass, an independent fabricator and distributor of architectural glass and aluminum products serving glazing contractors, manufacturers and glass retailers.
