Platform Ventures-backed Vertical Cold Storage completed the acquisition of MWCold.

Platform Ventures-backed Vertical Cold Storage, a developer and operator of temperature-controlled distribution centers, completed the acquisition of MWCold, an operator of two strategically located temperature-controlled warehouse facilities in central Indiana.
