Kelso & Company completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Valenz Health from Great Point Partners.

Kelso & Company, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Valenz Health, an insurance brokerage firm, from Great Point Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We selected Great Point Partners as our partner because of the firm’s expertise in the payment integrity field, track record of investment success with founder owned businesses and deep commitment to both advancing and improving the health care industry,” Josh Carder, Valenz Health Founder and Chairman.
